Combining Thinking, Feeling, and Doing

to Create Change in Organizations

We are a network of consultants, clinicians, data and research experts, communications strategists, and creatives committed to keeping relationships at the heart of DEI.

A good diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy tells you what to do differently; a better one tells you how to do it.

GROWTH THAT PRIORITIZES RELATIONSHIPS

Move beyond traditional methods that scratch the surface.

We engage in experience and reflection, so people can develop a shared understanding of their needs and learn through feeling and practice. And we empower people and organizations to embrace discomfort and bring a unified vision to change systems and behaviors at the root of inequity.

Relational DEI

Our unique approach that translates to integration and change

  1. Combines thinking, feeling, and doing to create long-term change to achieve an organization’s unified vision for DEI

  2. Emphasizes how the process of behavior change happens through feeling and in the context of interpersonal relationships

  3. Uses experiential methods, so people can develop a shared understanding of their needs and integrate what they learn through feeling and practice

We’ve done a lot of soul searching and chose not to subscribe to the practice of listing the logos of our largest clients. We feel it’s important to honor how we feel about modeling equity. All of our clients, every aspect of our work is valuable and purposeful. Our biggest clients aren’t our most significant ones. We don’t want to reinforce messages of less than-ness by showcasing big businesses. If you’d like proof that we can provide the scope of services you’re looking for, we are absolutely open to sharing that with you via references of past clients. Just ask!
