We offer carefully developed guided meditations based on real (and very common) experiences in people engaging in deeper work. Our hope is to normalize these experiences and help people stay engaged in their learning journeys.

How it works:

  1. All guided meditations are FREE and accessible to anyone with no strings attached. Simply scroll down and listen!

  2. The option to download any or all meditations is available by sharing your email with us below. That way you can have them with you wherever you go! You’ll also be notified when new freebies are released.

Claiming Worthiness in the Face of Discrimination

This is a special guided meditation with music made specifically for people who are experiencing discrimination in the workplace. It’s designed to speak to the common thoughts and feelings that come up in our worst times… times when we feel alone in our pain. You will be guided to visualize a circle of support made up of people who provide you strength. They are there while you receive the affirmations your heart needs, speaking to your worth, identities, and resilience while facing discrimination. Our hope is that you feel better able to navigate discrimination with self-assurance and a strong sense of validation.

A guided meditation with music to help you prepare emotionally and mentally for challenging conversations.
